first day

My husband and I started on Lugols 5% today, it took a while to get everything organized. Got the suppliments, got selenium, got the vitamen C and E, and we both took 1/4 of a vertical drop. We really got a buzz, not a bad reaction, but we were both cranky as all get out an promply got into an arguement.

I realize this is small potatoes for you guys, but Wow, it definitly has an effect. I've been using a much weaker Iodine suppliment to kind of work up to this, and we go off to work tomorrow, I think without the iodine.

We might just bite our customers heads off. Is this a typical reaction?
