Pain Right side of Abdomen and Nagging Cough

I feel you would also benefit form joining a Yoga class; to help take all your joints to their limit and stretch all your muscles and tendons. By doing this even just one a week will have great health effects on your body and breathing. After a few weeks you could increase your practice to an Ashtanga Yoga class, which would improve your cardiovascular system and have a great purifying effect on your lungs. This would really improve your muscle tone and your body would naturally become more healthy, lean and fit.
