I don't agree that omega-3 oils are that protective against increased levels of NEFAs. A little fish oil should be helpful, but if you get too much polyunsaturated oil, even if it is fish oil, you are going to increase your NEFAs in circulation. So, I wouldn't overdose on either omega-3 or omega-6 oils. The main oils in the diet, in my opinion, should be olive, coconut and organic butter.
