Re: Kathy Griffin's Hate Speech About Jesus
Right on. This is terrible. It's one think to not mention God in the award-acceptance speech, it's another to deny His assistance when asked specifically about it. What she did, it seems, was a direct and unprovoked offensive move against a figure which most of the world believes to be God, and most of the rest of the world, at least a teacher of love. This, I think, is another indicator of how un-Christian, at best, and, Satanistic, at worst, the representatives of our pop culture have become. What a time we live in. The word 'devil' is a plus in a fashion ad. There are many more 'wicked' and 'witches' shows and movies than there are films about good and righteous. There's so much hate and egoism in today's popular music albums. Most of the saintly and God-glorifying media is never heard by the masses. Most of our current celebrities, so called cultural icons, spend incomparably more time in drug-fest clubs than in church. ...
May God bless America, we sure need it now,
deliver us from evil,
and lead us into all truth.
