Need help!!!

Dear Healer George I suffer from terrible anxiety and depression which are geting much worse after4 pm I am very desperate because I am only 31 years old and My live is in deep dark hoole and I do not know what to do or where to start.I have seen 2 natural practitioners but their aproach and treatment did not help.I lost hope for ever geting better ,seeing a psychiatrist is not helping either they just gave Me clonopin to calm Me down and some other antidepresants which I do not want to take.Please if you have any advice where should I start My healing give it to Me because I realy do not know how much longer I can take it.Thank you.
