I'd think it would virtually impossible to "waste" probiotics, no matter what you're taking :) They're SUCH a good thing!
My hubby and I have used Schulze IF#1 for years, and we recommend it to everyone as a 'first choice' for initial bowel cleansing, especially if one needs to 'get things going'. I've never heard of anyone having a problem with taking probiotics with IF #1. (I've listed the ingredients below). At the end of the description, Dr. Schulze says that is anti-bacterial properties...but I sure don't recognize any of the ingredients that would be such a strong anti-baterial that it would cause you NEED probiotics.
Maybe someone else could shed a bit more insight if you posted your question on the Dr. Schulze board...or maybe someone knows here.
