Heart pains

Hi there.
Thank you for reading my post. For the last 2 weeks I have been having pains in my heart area it feels like pinches. They happen about 3 or 4 times a day and at night a couple times. I am a 37 year old female. I was just wondering if had any ideas of what it could be.
I went to the doctors and had an ekg (my third one) and it was normal. They all come back normal. I also had a blood test which came back good. So, I am confused becaue the pain is real.
