shingles

hello. i am writing for information for a friend of mine. she lives in maine and does not have access to a computer at this time. she has had a shingles outbreak consistently for about two years now. a few days ago, she could feel them beginning to move to her eyes and so she went to the emergency room. she also has nerve pain and swollen lymph nodes in her neck. i was researching and found some of her symptoms under mercury/heavy metal poisoning, but i am not sure what information to give her so she can begin to help herself, maybe the heavy metal poisoning is not her problem. she is very intuitive, spiritual when it comes to others... but i feel that she is a bit blocked when it comes to her own health. i would be grateful for any thoughts regarding her health and ideas for how i can help her. i have visited your web site and i enjoyed your lectures. thank you for your time.
