ringing in ears

I've had ringing in my ears 24/7 since I had an infected tooth pulled on 12/15/04. The doctor gave me antibiotics, decongestant, and steroid inhaler. She sent me to an ENT on 3/31/05 who gave me a hearing test and said my hearing is fine. Now I'm going to a chiropractor who has been working on my jaw muscles. Do you have any insights or advice?
