There is a very good physician in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Cole is his name. He has a website:

The Cole Center For Healing is a one stop shop for everything. He also has posts of radio shows that he has done in the past that you can listen to on his site. I have a similar affliction and sought help from him. The office visit was covered by my insurance, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, although most of the treatments were not. I had reached the end of my rope when I decided to drive from West Virginia to Ohio just to see a doctor, it's been well worth it. He has been treating me on a supplement regimen by mail-order and IV treatments when I see him in the office. Let me know what you think about his site and his credentials.
