Re: Bloating
Yes, addressing a troubled digestive system should be one of the first things to tackle; if you can't digest and absorb food properly than it will be tough to get full benefits from any supplement.
I would suggest adding digestive enzymes as a first step; if you eat cooked food or have and/or had diet full of high sugars, starches then its likely that your enzyme levels are low. Pancreatin should be taken in increasing doses until bloating symptoms subside. This also aids the cleanup of toxins from the blood.
You may also want to look into adding betain HCl if your stomach acid levels are low (you won't be able to digest food without it and let pathogens come in and reside), Gas, acid reflux symptoms may be indicative of low acid rather than high levels.
Certainly if your liver/gallbladder is congested you might have improper bile flow which is necessary for proper digestion so
Liver Flush may be helpful in that case. If you have malabsorption it can be due to layers of compacted matter (starches, dairy can do this) in the small intestine and large intestine so you may want to get rid of this by doing a thorough bowel cleanse. According to Dr Kelley, a good way to clean small intestine is by taking okra pepsin for a few weeks (small intestine is where most nutrients are absorbed). Typical bowel cleansing products may not fully clean the small intestine.
