Worm in eyelid, what to do?!?

Howdy,
Sorry if ya'll are getting tired of me! A worm got into my eyelid!!! It's either wiggling and making my eyelid twitch (big, big twitch) or hitting a nerve that makes my eyelid wiggle. YUCK. I'm pretty sure it's a baby worm cuz I've got Ascaris and the few I've killed thus far are looong. This one can't be too big yet,otherwise I imagine I'd have more than an eyelid wiggle! Could this disfigure me or make me go blind? Goodness, this is awful. Anyone have any suggestions to target this thing? I don't want it to grow into an adult worm!! Tweet
