bloody threads and clots when I blow my nose

For the last week or so whenever I blow my nose I have (in addition to plenty of clear gel - nothing looking infected) what I would call 1/2 in long or so bright red threads (a worm?) as well as round red areas that look like little clots - sometimes bright red, sometimes darker red, sometimes all mixed in what I would call - sorry - snot. But mostly, it comes out in clear gel stuff. I've been getting very brief - only momentary really nosebleeds as well. For me, they are coming really early - usually I don't have them until much later in winter when it's dry.

As a possible side note: I have pulled two - what I think are nematodes - out of the bottom eyelid area of my right eye. I have had them before - about a month ago - and now finally have successful samples - though I think still idiotic physicians. I can see feel movement around my one sinus area - and see swelling under that eye, so more may be coming.... Eeeeew
