Aranistic-Air Deja vu

I had an unpleasant experience ordering an ozone generator from Aranistic-Air.com, and was horrified to find the same experience reported here a year ago. It seems that things don’t change. I thought that I had researched the product. What I hadn’t researched was the distributor and manufacturer. The only way to express dissatisfaction with them is to post your experiences on one of the main review sites. How the manufacturer charged the UPS freight to my husband’s office – unauthorized – is borderline fraud. So much for free shipping.
