Re: Stan, what do you call a leaky gut diet?

Thanks for your post--as always very useful, and careful, advice.
Ar one time, I stopped visiting curezone, because I thought it was dangerous reading for me. ;-D All the wonderful suggestions that worked so well for most of the posters made me sick; clearly, we did not have the same disease, but you and I seem to have gone thru very similar problems.
First, rotating foods when you are limited to a dozen foods is absurd, but hey, I have not heard one single sensible remark made by a Md since I fell ill. ;-D
And I knew sauerkraut was sort of ''limit'' anyway because I could only eat small quantities. So it's no surprise if it gives me a headache and brain fog when I eat it now.
No big deal, I am progressing without drugs, probiotics or sups. I might progress faster if I could take them, but I can't, so I just have to accept to relinquish control and let my body do its work without interfering--I have no choice anyway.
And I am coming to the conclusion that healing is not necessarily something that comes entirely from deliberate and conscious intervention.
