I've been wondering the same about why this information is being released all of a sudden. I think the gov't. realizes that with the internet nowadays, everything that they hoped would stay secret is very likely not going to stay secret as they had hoped, but also the North American Union, Bush's schemes, all of the new political and financial corruption, the dismemberment of the constitution, the wars, etc. is the new agenda (the old is past) and the revelations of all the past secrets can now serve as a diversion so that we focus less on what's happening now (or maybe the people of the world are really waking up...it's probably both..."the natives are getting restless").

The Japanese take pictures of everything everywhere they go (philosophical interest in all of life).

I am on dialup also (it may be just my "feeling", but it seems that internet access is being "slowed").

After it finishes loading, click the grey tab in the upper right to close the frame so you can see more of the window (the window is still too large for the screen, use the sideways scroll bar at the bottom of the screen).

It seems that the U.S. is the only country that is still skiddish about releasing UFO information (other countries seem to be more open about it,...are we too prudish or is the gov't,. just not sure it wants us to know about something THEY are doing now?).
