Re: Parrotgreen...
There are some good directions on how to use a pendulum on that website :

I just ask : Do I need Vit C now, Yes or No?
If yes, I ask : Is one tablet enough, Yes or No?
Or : Is two tablets too much, Yes or No?
And moving to the next dose/Vitamin.
Always asking : May I take these together? Yes or No?
Do not ask questions which have a difficult answer. Try to keep it easy : a Yes or No answer.
In about a week if you practice, it will come very naturally.
In the begining the nervous influx doesn't go down your arm very well, it takes a few minutes of trying. You can "warm up" by asking questions you know the answer to.
This pendulum testing is EXTREMELY useful to determine contents you are not sure of. You can print a page showing a half circle divided in ten, showing grades of 0 to 100%.
Have it plastified and keep it in the kitchen. This will give you a good indicator of what is in the stuff you buy.
Of course the percentage is not by weight, but it is relative.
For ewample, if I buy a fish, I ask : percentage of pesticides in this, percentage of
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) in this, percentage of Heavy Metals in this, percentage of
preservatives in this.
Most of the time you can wash off the offending matter with warm water. If not, it goes to the bin.
You will get some real surprises. All is not what it seems to be.
I have been doing this for nearly two years now and my life has CHANGED! I am not a victim anymore and I enjoy my food in peace.
Hope this helps! :)
