Very interesting! Thanks for sharing this. I used to think that this Blood Type Diet stuff was bogus...but I have to say that all the things on the Type O diet are actually proven out in my daily life and also my innate inclinations.
I was so amazed that I can eat well and process/elminate well when I eat certain foods. When I eat other foods (esp. dairy and wheat), then I go bonkers and swell up and get constipated, etc.
I'm going to try to follow this, and study it more. Perhaps this will be one answer for me!
