Re: Lymph and Adrenal Fatigue Question.

My appologies for the delay in getting to you on this. Been rather hectic around here the past few days.

You wouldn't think this type of work would go in cycles but it does. Been hearing about the removal of the thyroid from others the past few weeks in the office. It's a tough one too.

Basics: The thyroid and adrenals are intimately connected. Look at it this way. The Adrenals are like the carborator in a car engine. The thyroid is the spark plug. The adrenals make sure the energy is there - the thyroid makes it burn. If you have problems with one you will have problems with the other. The question is what caused the thyroid to malfunction in the first place? And if it did, why did they have to remove it?

The best thyroid protocol I'm aware of is Standard Processes. They have several nutrients you can take that will insure correct thyroid function. They also have some great products for adrenal fatigue. Again, if the thyroid is involved so are the adrenals.

When I was going through all that the best thing I did was take Standard Processes Cataplex B. I had a serious B1 deficiency. Which is basicallty what adrenal fatigue is. A B1 Deficiency. I was going through 90 of those little pills a week. It took almost three months of that to eliminate the B1 deficiency.

Why did I have the deficiencies??? PARASITES.

Once the bugs are in there you have to get sick. If you've done an antiparasite program and didn't get any results try another one. I prefer Barefoots DeWormer. Humaworm is good but I hear mixed results from that so I suggest Barefoots bug killer first. Awareness Corps. "Clear" is another excellent product. With all the issues you've had there ARE some parasites in you.

Any lymphatic back up is liver congestion. Period...

You're already doing a lot of things right. You're on the right road. Try a different antiparasite product. Check out Standard Process products. Get some Cataplex B for sure for the adrenals. I don't know their exact protocol for thyroid but it does work. And you ARE strong enough for a liver flush. The weakness and fatigue is one of the cardnal signs that you neded to decongest the liver and with the lymphatic back up you describe well, do a flush. I prefer the coke, olive oil and lemon flush.

And last but cetainly not least get your upper neck checked out by a chiropractor who knows how to do that. Believe it or not most thyroid problems come from a neck injury early in life. The nerves that come out of your upper neck go to all the organs, including the thyroid.

I understand with the thyroid no longer there you may have to be on drugs your entire life. But if you can find the nutritionals that will do the same thing it sure is a lot safer. It's a tough one though and I honestly don't know if it's possible. Azurite or Barefoot might know something about it.

But for right now, switch antiparasite products and after two weeks on the DeWormer do your first flush. Go with Standard Processes Cat B for the B1 (adreanl fatigue)and check out their thyroid protocol. Most chiropractors are familiar with Standard Process. Be careful though they can get you spending a lot of money going round and round with nutritionals.
