February 16, and still not on target, but better.


Probably it's the dietary 'allowances' I'm making, and the regrowth of Candida trying to get more Sugar and starch intake, but I'm still not a 10 p.m. bedtime person.

I'm not bad, but 1 a.m. has become the best I do so far.

I'm looking at the the little clock in the corner of my screen, 12:28 a.m., PST, and typing as fast as I can go.

Back soon, my friends, maybe with a better report.
