I suffered with incontinence for years, thinking it was due to child birth and stretching of muscles, etc. I found I had Candida a few years ago and have been working on controlling it. As I found ways to wipe out the Candida, I found my incontinence improving. When my Candida load is heavy, I "dribble" more, especially under stress such as laughing or coughing. If my ears are ringing, another symptom of Candida, I can expect this incontinence to manifest. I wear mini pads, and they help prevent embarrassment, but of course do nothing to solve the problem. Systemically reducing the Candida load is the way to "cure" this.
I've written a 10 page report on my experiences and if you'd like a copy, write me at janslama@mail4me.com and I'll send you one.
