Alays just leave out the charcoal, you should be able to do this with all models.

If you want the best, buy one that connects direct to your water, they will cost $500 and up depending on sizwe of holding tank. We have one we sell for $895 like this. Normally people buy the cheapest 1 gallon tabletop they can find, it may last 1 month or 5+ years and the cheap 1 gallon tabletops normally produce the cleanest water, they sell from $100 to $400 depending on manufacturer. I sell waterwise non-electric to the amish and use to sell the electric models, but they cost too much so I don;t stock them anymore. I suggest finding one you like for the money you want to spend.
