I think I just realized something. While I was researching about apricot kernels, I found a web site that mentioned flax seeds have a similar ingredient.
(I am trying to lower my blood pressure)
OK, the thing is back in August my BP was normal, even a bit lower. It was great. I had been eating a 100 % raw diet and taking care of myself. This included flax oil (1TBL) a day, could have been one in the morning and one at night, I don't remember. Plus I was making tons of nut milk with 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds per batch, drank daily.
So...I am wondering if the flax oil was keeping my BP down. What do you think?
That is the main thing that I am not doing since August and my BP is very high again.
By the way I was able to get some apricot kernels at the local store :). They were very good about educating me about them. Plus I am researching the net too.
