I have always suggested 1 drop daily as being enough and the Amish Healer was the one to use 1 drop per hour 8X daily to treat chronic diseases.

I have never seen a problem with 1 drop daily, it is just food at that dose.

8 drops daily is very intense and I know people have done more, but anything past 1 drop daily to me is very self-experimental.
