Talked to a lawyer

I called a lawyer today and asked about filing a lawsuit on Berlex the company that makes Mirena and she told me I could not file a suit unless I had permanent damage or they had a recall and then we could file class action suit. I wish they would just take this stupid thing off the market so no one else could have problems. I keep seeing more and more commercials promoting the Mirena. If any of you have any information let me know. Thanks
