Molly, you're the bomb! Thank you
for your time and effort in messaging with this man and posting it here in the forum. It is selfless of you and truly appreciated (definitely by myself).
As for everyone else that says why does he not give specifics or such? And why is he so adamant about using these 2 oils...with no room to use others?
We must be aware that living in India is (I would presume, could be wrong 'cause I have never even visited, let alone lived there) extremely a different world than the United States. Our environment has many pollutions and such, due to factories and whatever else we have going on in the world.
IMO, it would be as effective, if we were to use only seasame or sunflower oils. Yet due to our pollution, the other oils, such as coconut MAY be more powerful for us. At least, in alternating we can find different gains from the oils.
Col TK Rao is not one-sided due to his own experience and results. As for having it NOW, that is American made. That is why doctors and prescriptions are so popular because folks (the norm, that is) want to 'feel' better quickly. They are not willing to let a Cold take them down. In all reality though, if they were aware of this, a cold is cleansing your body. It is releasing what is no longer needed! (Yes, I am aware I am preaching to the choir except sometimes we forget and think that someone like Col TK Rao is just not aware of different opportunities of other oils.) So, as he suggests just using Ghee for mouth ulcers, it may take longer than coconut oil, thus we are not (typically) willing to wait that long.
OH and his teachings are based on Ayurveda, which is a lifestyle, not just certain protocols.
At any rate, I am just offering something else to look at other than his being opinionated (or whatever the word chosen for that same meaning).
Have an Inspired Day, All.
Peace,
Beth
