i do not have insurance either. my doctor had a form to fill out. i only would have had to pay $ 18.00 instead of $165.00. They based it on my income level, so i had to pay 10%.Unfortunately my iud either fell out or is lost, so i have to figure out how to pay for an xray. my doctor's office is located inside of a hospital.
