Re: Mind the 'Gatekeepers'...
Jessesmom-Glad there is some value for you. You have a way of bringing me out of my shell. LOL!
Adaptogen is for all the hormones in the body as it regulates the brain, pituitary and pineal. The herbs in that formula are some of the sacred herbs of the east etc. The eyebrow midpoint is the main spot for testing that and the two recommended products are Gold-360 and Adaptogen. The Gold-360 is an ancient formula used by yogis of the east plus a Korean rejuvenation blend kept secret or a long time.
The Gold is in a thick black tar that is sweet. It combines the herbal blend and some mineral substances like Shilajit and the black goo is usually put into a glass of hot water or even green tea and sipped. I am not big on sugar personally so found a way to make an almond milk that has soaked almonds, lecithin, a few walnut halves with some maple syrup and organic vanilla extract. The almond milk alone is wonderful and nourishing but adding the Gold extract is a home run! It looks and tastes like an exotic latte- a lovely taste and texture.
The Adrenal Complex is a combination of the finest Cordyceps mushrooms proven in clinical tests to have superior performance for rebuilding the adrenal glands. wow! This is some great herb. Athletes love this stuff.
Your son could have a number of things going on. No telling what to offer there. Here is a partial list not knowing much about him: Get sunshine, keep the bowels open, eat fiber foods like oat muesli with ground flax seed added which gives energy for hours at a time, do yoga or Chi Gung on days off in the sunshine, eat super foods like Dulse, chlorella, spirulina, bee pollen, drink Polar Mins water-reconstituted sea water from the Antartica, stay hydrated (with fibers-will hold moisture), eat dandelions sauteed with onions and other dark greens, take cold showers twice a day, take B vitamins. Stay away from coffee and tea and sugar. Does he have bad skin ever? Pimples? A sign of detox issues. Bags under eyes are adrenals/kidney as a rule. Get good sleep. Regulate the rhythm as best as possible during time off. Meditate. Lots of options here. The list is long.
Hope that helps. I will be away to Texas for a seminar on advanced Vastu techniques this weekend and more esoteric insights from Dr Marshall and his wife (who I have not met). I am looking forward to this next level of learning.
all the best!
