ph levels

HI all,
Well i stopped at lunch and bought the PH test paper, and also picked up some Grapfruit seed extract.

My PH measured 6.2 saliva, and about 6.2 urine as well. Does anyone know if these are bad, and what does it mean.
Also, how do i take the GSE. In what doses, how amny times a day, on a full or empty stomach ?
Anything else i should be doing ?
