I often have a small protein meal for breakfast,then fast all day til dinner then have a large protein meal..maybe a little more protein later on if I am hungry.I feel great,tons of energy,and I remain seriously lean!
Of course I eat a ton of veggies in general,as well as fiber.

What's with the eggs and nuts? if you want protein,you're gonna need some meat and veggies! don't be shy! eat up! just be wary of how it's cooked and black burnt marks and you'll be fine imo.
