I had that done a couple years ago and I had a lot of 5's and 6's. They didn't do that to me this time but I guess my gums were so healthy she didn't see the need to...I'll have to ask next time and see if mine are better.

No...the OPing didn't get the plaque below my gum line out. I may have had that built up since before I started OPing. They had to blast it off with hard water...it was pretty painful. The dental hygenist told me that almost nothing could get that off once it builds up.
