I am very interested in these kinds of microbes- friendly microbes. I have read studies where poeple with skin issues, exzema and such conditions had their symtoms totally dissapear after a certain protocol that involved ingesting probiotcs. Personally, since I have itchy skin all over - this was greatly reduced in the early days when I was eating probiotics and before my leaky gut got worse.
I think that many of my health issues would improve if I could create a balance in my gut.
The good microbes are responsible for so many things in the body, so many things!
