I am not defending anyone, nor taking sides here. I'm just noticing, - not only this thread, but-, there are many threads that defeat the purpose of this forum, which is : Debating about the use of iodine. And NOT debating about iodine users' mental condition/IQ...

As we can see in the definition of "DEBATE" is To engage in a formal argument by discussing opposing points (upon a chosen topic, of course);Debating needs to have opposing teams discussing their points of view, -in a formal manner-, giving reasons and explanations, back and forth, about a specific theme or topic...    And they make it clear, that it shouldn't be confused to fighting or quarrel, as it has been wrongly mistaken, for too many years, now; Nowadays, that mistake just doesn't make sense, anymore.

 All these threads have evidently been misplaced, and must be moved to their proper forum...

...And the thread owners can try starting a new thread here, with reasons (pro/con) about using iodine.

 

These mistakes can be easily prevented with timely moderation....  

 

Just wanted to clarify the meaning of "debate"

...and give my opinion about the probable solution for the recurring problem of misplacing threads atthe wrong forums...

 

...Nothing else..if it helps, use it.... if it doesn't, ask a mod to send it to the trash bin....No prob...
