Yes, I've used the coke flush, and that's what I'll continue using- mostly because the coke helps me be able to get the oil/lemon juice down, and not have it come back up later. I don't know what it is about the coke in there, but I'm always relieved when I hit the coke part of it to get it the rest of it down. Whatever you do, don't stare at the mixture, because you'll wonder if you really want to drink it, just do it.

I did the phos drops with the apple cider prior to the flush- and the first time I didn't use Epsom Salts the next morning following the flush, but I did this last time, and I think it helps to speed things up and cause pressure in the liver to expell things too. The Clark Flush usually works the next day, and I found that with the coke flush it was several days after.

The bad thing about having to order the phos drops, is the bottle of it is $9.00 and the shipping is $10.00! I ordered 2 bottles this time for the same shipping. And it's slow getting here. Dr. Sutter is pretty adamant to not do the coke flush without the phos drops, so I'll wait for them to get here. The more Hulda Clark flushes I did, the harder it was for me to get them down- and I was up several different flushes in the middle of the night vomiting when I used it. I have never felt nauseated, or vomitted with the coke flush.
