Re: Liver flush before or after master cleanse, does it make any difference?
Thank you so much PC! I really appreciate your detailed response and it's very helpful. I'm aware that you do more than one liver flush. I may simply wait until after because the beginning the
Master-Cleanse next week. But it's nice to have this information for the future.
Yes, I completed one 30 day and one 34 day
Master-Cleanse this year. I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident a couple of years ago and broke many bones and have had tons of subsequent operations on my leg and hand. As a result,I was on pain medication for many months and my body was not doing well. I also gained 45lbs which on my 5'2 frame looked like 100. So I needed to take extreme measures to heal. I generally have a strong will and when I set my mind to do something, I do it. It actually was not hard at all for me to complete 30 days because I recognized the greater healing that was taking place in my body. I was not hungry for solid food once, but I also prayed and meditated daily so I'm sure that had a little something to do with it too. ;-)
I'm going to be on a 40 day cleanse to take me through the end of the year and then I'll be 100% Raw. Thanks for the reminder about breaking the fast, I have that information too, but it's always good to hear how others do it. I actually didn't come off my last cleanse
juicing and was eating raw veggies on about day 5 post cleanse with no problems. However this time around, I'm going to do green juices for 20 days post cleanse just to see the difference and to jump start me into 100% raw. Woo hoo! I'm excited. :-))) I've been about 80-90% raw this year and I'd like to just completely be eating living foods. I feel so wonderful and I don't preach to others, but it's one of the most amazing things you can ever do for yourself by eating living foods.
Anyway, I sincerely appreciate the
Liver Flush information. Wow back to you! 26 times is a lot.
Have a beautiful day.
