Does anyone even question, how much resources go into this ? Man hours, equipment time, fuel costs, training, etc. It's in the tens of billions of $, to spray aerosols over the people.

And if it weren't targeted at the people, and were a legitimate atmospheric screening project, it would be being done over the oceans, away from the people, and launched from shore or carrier craft.

But it's being done over populated areas.
