Return of symptoms usually is the old condition detoxing, not that you are getting a sickness again. I would treat it as such unless you learn differently. Wanting to sleep is a big clue - I and others have gone through that.

So what do we do when this happens? Increase elimination through normal channels by increasing magnesium, probiotics, and/or Vitamin C. You should have three bowels movements per day. Increase the salt protocol to up to four times per day. Stop the Iodine while detoxing.

If you tend towards infections, take more Vitamin C and Colloidal Silver . Because if you had infections that were stopped by Antibiotics , sometime you will have to detox those infections because the Antibiotics drove them into your tissues.

Detoxing usually comes in cycles. Feel great today, lousy tomorrow, or feel great this week/month, lousy next week/month. So you have to take Iodine while you feel good and hold off while you feel lousy (mostly). This gives your body time to get rid of the toxins that are making your feel so lousy. We don't choose what detox symptoms we get - Iodine and our previous lifestyle and health makes that choice for us. If the lousy detox times are too lousy for you, you may have to take much smaller doses of iodine during the good times, to manage your detox.

Scared and desperate puts out hormones and makes cellular changes that you don't need and can't afford, if you want to heal. So, take some time for yourself, take care of yourself, give yourself what you need to heal.
