I don't know I feel like I am such a probiotic veteran It would be ok have been known to take a whole bottle( of reg probiotic) before the only side effect being a clear up of diarhea!!!

It should help you heal with your hernia op! I sprayed some on the minimal amout of rash I have left!
It says on the bottle the goal is 45 sprays 3x's a day!!!
My husband had a hernia op he went all the way to Canada's famous Shouldice hernia hospital they have a 98% no relapse rate!
