FEMA's corruption in the recovery effort was legendary, but FEMA is still up to their tricks. The Calif. wildfires were in a more wealthy region of the U.S. (more visible), so it seems that the gov't. just threw some money at Scwartzenegger and tried to shine up their image with a fake news conference.

FEMA made a fake news conference for the California wildfires. It was so shallow that the media complained about it right away, so Bush apologized for the FAKE NEWS.
