I am IN the fire! Yes, burning the dross off...forging me at the core...and it sure isn't comfortable! I'm feeling in every cell of my being...so much is shifting simultaneously. And yes, there is discrepancy between who I know I am in my depths...and who I have been...lots of uneasiness there.

You're story is quite an inspiration...LOL...and inhalation...and exhalation! Yes..more letting go!

I have not read the handbook you linked, yet...there is a lot there and I will need time to absorb it. Thank you for providing it.

Trusting and expecting miracles has been most difficult for me...and I must move beyond this pattern, too. My survival is at stake if I do not. I have been asking for help and have begun receiving it...and I am welcoming it with much gratitude. Slowly...slowly...the resistance is fading. Baby steps.
