Sorry but I must warn you. There is no use of taking your probiotic bacteria along with digestive enzymes, the latter will digest the bacteria and you are wasting your money on probiotics if they arrive dead in your intestines.

THe best way about is to take the probiotics first.
either take the probiotics with cold water (that will send it right down to your intestines, thus inhibiting the chance they will get digested in the stomach). Or else take them along with a bit of oil (omega 3 is also a plus for your body).

Wait some 10 to 15 minutes before you take the digestive enzymes.
