Okay, I have tried it, and then some...

Well, I know that I should accept my body the way God made it, but then...I don't think self-improvment by natural means is a crime either.

Okay, some background: I've always had small breast, and I never had anything problem with it until I had kids. With each pregnancy and nursing, I inevitably gained a cup size, and then lost two cup sizes after nursing. So, after three kids, I went from a B to ... nothing, and I mean NOTHING, not even a AA!

I started taking saw palmento, wild yam, fenugreek, and funnel seeds three years ago. It didn't have anything ill effect, and I did get a little bit of fullness in my breasts, but after taking it for a whole year, the change was not noticible, and I got tired of taking 24 capsules a day (yes, I took high dose and still nothing much happened), so I stopped.

About 4 months ago, I started taking pueraria mirifica, and it works better than the four herbs combo I mentioned before. The progress is still slow, but at least it is noticible. 2 months ago, since I heard really good things about La Femme Complete, I added it with the pueraria mirifica, and boy, that really messed up my cycle. I missed one period, and then the next period lasted for a whole month! But I think my body has gotten used to it now (I still haven't backed off the dosage even with my weird cycle), and everything seems find again. Still making slow progress. My husband and my friends have noticed my fuller figure as well, so I am going to keep it up.
