Liver flush question

When on the Humaworm, can you do the coffee enemas, to flush the liver any time during the parasite cleanse, or should I hold off the coffee enemas until one week after like with a regular grapefruit/olive oil flush? Just trying to make battle plans while I wait for my Humaworm to arrive. I just did a regular liver flush last night to prepare my liver for what's to come.
