many suffer neurosis because they are trapped in the past and/or future... and are unable to dwell in the moment... because they are locked into the mind/ego that is locked into playing god...

why do we all tend to think that there is something missing... that there is something out there that we need... that if we could only find it we would be ok... why can't we know that everything we need we already have... why can't we understand that the mind we use to understand/solve the problem is the very thing that has created the problem...
