Ozone is O3 - Ozone instead of how oxygen normally exists as O2. So the O3 - Ozone oxygen is looking to dump an atom of oxygen so it can be neutral as O2.

H2O2 is a water molecule H2O that has an extra oxygen molecule that it would also like to dump.
