That is very interesting! I have some Rosemary still growing outside, and will be taking clippings of it to dry for the Winter before more frosts kill it off.
I also read that Lemon Balm --- (a very hardy herb like mint,that spreads easily in your garden, even in crappy soil) has also been found to have properties that also help those with clogged arteries to the brain. I am not sure, but I think the article did mention alzheimers also. It did specify that lemon balm DOES have a mild chelating effect on the veins, -- and could even be beneficial for stroke prevention and age related senility.
