if you use sunflower oil, do not use anything but organic certified. sunflowers actually clean the soil they are growing in. they will suck up all the toxins and heavy metals in the soil. great for preparing the soil for gardening. terrible for eating if grown in unprepared soil. organic soil must be clean for three years before certification.

sunflower is one of my favorite. i was born in wichita. i do find sesame to be very effective, however. i have also used safflower to great effect. it was suggested in some of the early material i read, about a year or more before this forum started. Tweet
