Gaining weight after a water fast?

Hello there, I am on a Water Fast (for at least 9 days this time, although someday I want to do the 40 day one:)
I just read this about gaining weight after a fast:

I have never really noticed this the few times I've fasted in the past. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Also, is there a forum for 'dry fasting'? I am beginning to be curious about this.
