I am starting week #5 as we speak using the para cleanse. I used neem a few months ago along with boswellia (frankincense) and myrrh (and oil oregano) and got visible worm results.

This formula is a standard ayurvedic formula neem is a secondary worm killer, vidanga is the primary. But this formula also has other herbs which are protozoan killers. Protozoans tend to get 2nd billing but can be as devastating as any worm (read about b. hominis).

My friend used the standard american formulas for 2 years, but started on the para cleanse and within less than a week he hit worm paydirt (yipee!) he also used some bitter melon with it. Says it stopped the 'wiggling" so we will see.
