Thanks Paul. Been all over that site but hadn't come across that one. I'm afraid that not only do I not see any direct statement indicating that humidity contributes to the production of NO (or any nitrogen compound) - maybe an inference in one spot - but also can't say I have total confidence in this site as a source. Quite the rant though, and an interesting read. I see room for speculation all over this site in general, unfortunately. That page reads like campaign litany more than anything - my take. Copy which also begs for spell check. (Pardon me, but maybe fact check also?.)

Thanks all the same. If you could paste the paragraph containing the info you purport, I'd be delighted to take another look despite my skepticism.
